Mark L Zammit MBA (Henley) CIRM, Managing Director

A recent MBA graduate and experienced Banking professional Mark brings to ATCS Consultancy Ltd over 14 years experience within the Retail Banking, Financial Services Sectors and Business Consultancy.

Mark is commercially aware, has a sense of strong leadership, strategic planning & business solutions experience.

Mark was awarded his MBA degree in 2007 from Henley Management College in the UK. His dissertation was based on the development of Emotional Intelligence within the Retail Banking Industry in Malta.  He has recently qualified as a professional Risk Manager from London.

He has a vast array of experience which includes, Retail Banking, Treasury Operations, Financial and Business Analysis, strategic direction and Risk Management.  He has been involved in a number of market analyses for a leading banking institution in Malta and was responsible for daily and monthly market and currency reports.

Mark has also experience in Operations Management and Human Resource Management where he has been involved in setting up companies and responsible for recruitment of all employees both locally and internationally.

Mark has also a high level of training experience and was responsible for training new recruits of both a leading banking institution in Malta and also a leading International Forex Broker.

In terms of Risk Management experience, Mark has been responsible for Liquidity, Credit Counterparty, and Position risks.  He has extensive experience in Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning and also RMICAAP compilation and reporting.

Mark is an Alumni member of University of Reading formerly Henley Management College and is also a Certificant Member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in London. He is also an active member of the Malta Association of Risk Management (MARM) and the Association Cambiste Internationale (ACI Malta).
